Cherry Cola Hybrid Active Optical Cable (HAOC) uses a newly developed, highly advanced electro-optical conversion module and four glass-fiber optical conductors to reliably carry 18Gbps data packages, including 4K Ultra HD and HDR, for distances up to 100ft/30.5m. AudioQuest's sophisticated Noise-Dissipation System combines RF noise-absorbing carbon and directionality-controlled silver-plated conductors to minimize the distortion caused by RF interference, ensuring a fully immersive entertainment experience. Further, for applications that require low-smoke, low-flame characteristics, Cherry Cola uses a plenum-rated jacket.
FeaturesFor applications where needed, Cherry Cola’s Plenum-rated jacket is make-or-break important. For all applications, that Cherry Cola is Self-Powered (by attached components) makes life a lot easier than having to use external power sources. While Cherry Cola is even less sensitive to compatibility issues than Active Equalization copper cables, all hardware combinations are vulnerable to compatibility issues. AQ has always referred to cables as being a component — this is even more true with Active cables.
Most orders are shipped via UPS and USPS within 2 business days. Any orders with Guaranteed Delivery will be shipped in time to arrive on the expected date. Whenever possible, products are double-boxed to further protect the contents of the package. All packages are shipped with shipping insurance. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery depending on what part of the country the order is being shipped to. We ship to all 50 states, but if the package is being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery.
**Between December 16th and January 31st, we add signature confirmation to all orders over $300 for security against holiday package theft. By placing an order in that amount during this period, you agree to accept all responsibilities related to accepting and signing for your packages. Products returned as undeliverable will have the full cost of shipping and up to a 15% restocking fee subtracted from the refund.**
Please message us to receive a return authorization or "RA". An RA allows us to track your return and provide a timely refund. You may return any purchased item within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as it is in the original box with all the packing and accessories. Any shipping charges incurred by Audiolab will be deducted from any refund even if they were provided at no cost on the original purchase, shipping charges are based on the cost of freight shipping the item both ways. Opened items must be in new condition and although rare they may incur a restocking fee of no more than 15% if item is used or not complete.
