Item Description : This listing is for a single AudioQuest Forest HDMI 2M HDMI cable.  It is brand new, never used. We were a long time AudioQuest factory authorized dealer, and these came directly from AudioQuest.  If you have any questions, please ask them prior to purchase. Please view our other listings. Shipping Information : We ship to domestic locations and to the Pricetronic Global Shipping Program. We try to ship within three business days of payment clearing our account. The shipping cost includes shipping rate, insurance, tracking/delivery confirmation, and the cost of signature confirmation upon delivery when required. Some shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery, as required by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. Tracking/delivery confirmation information will be uploaded to Pricetronic so that you may track your shipment. We do not own nor control any shipping companies. Once the shipping company takes possession of your shipment anything that happens in transit is beyond our control. This is why we take out insurance on each shipment. If something has been lost or damaged in transit please contact us so that we may file a claim with the shipping company.  The claim process can last anywhere from days to weeks. Please do not hold it against us if a problem arises during shipping. It will only hurt us and not the shipping company . PayPal Policy : We, as the seller, are required to meet all guidelines setup under PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. If a PayPal transaction cannot meet PayPal's Seller Protection Policy we will not be able to complete the transaction. Some examples of common policies that we must follow: shipping only to the confirmed PayPal address, shipping with tracking/delivery confirmation, requiring signature confirmation upon delivery when required. We are unable to ship any orders until your PayPal payment has cleared our account. On rare occasions PayPal may convert a payment to an e-check or place a security hold on a payment.
