Returns
Damages and Warranty Returns: Damages caused by shipping must be reported immediately, on arrival, so we can begin the claims process. When a warranty product is returned (such as lamps) we do test for damage, date codes, authenticity and defects. Hakko products are warranted from the factory, if you have any issues with the product, although rare, please call us for assistance or, for support with a factory warranty claim - we have factory trained technicians on-site at all times. Returns: You may return your unused product within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and a 15% restocking charge, once product is found to be in good working order. The product must be returned complete as originally shipped and in original packaging. An RMA number must accompany your return. Overall, we want you to be satisfied with your experience with us.
